Xtream Meetings: Very Important Notice! Mark your calendar for an All Members Meeting Sunday, March 22 in our Resource Center. We will roll out the new Xtream Global Marketing System and Affiliate Program and introduce the compensation package to all members. Heads up: prices change 3-22-09. You have less than 2 weeks to bring members in under the $9.95 monthly plan.

Training and live webinars:
Resource Center: Tuesday 3pm/9pm. We had to postpone the kick off of the Basic Marketing series that was to have begun tonight at 9pm. Perry and Geneva will lead session.

Xtream Resources:
Xtream Traffic: As reported yesterday, a number of the traffic exchanges in the Xtream Network are being plugged into the VsTrex systems. This means your websites are seen not ONLY at the traffic exchange you joined, but across a very large network of other exchanges. Yesterday, for example, we served close to 7,000 page views across the Network for our members at Workdigital traffic. We had similar results from our other venues including Auto Traffic Magic, Cashflowpc traffic, Majestic Surf, Storybook Surf, and Xtreamsurf. Wild Rose Marketing has many exchanges plugged into the system as well.

It is crucial to note that only websites which are ACTIVE are shown to the network. This means you must be an active member AND have credits assigned to your sites. If you have not logged into your account at a traffic exchange or surfed in 30 days, your account goes inactive and your sites are deactivated as well. Now is a great time to reactivate your account and websites!

Varisearch-llc Systems Live Webinar and Support: Saturday 3-14-09 is an Introduction to the system for both traffic exchange owners and surfers. The system has just undergone an extensive upgrade that affects both traffic exchange owners and members. More information about the system will be given at the Sunday 3-15-09 live webinars as well. Vs-ten is opening up its doors to advertising and other features to non TE owners – and all are welcome to attend. Rich Parker - Founder Varisearch-llc Systems and Andy Wotton - VS-TrEx Coach and owner of My-Traffic-Plan Traffic Exchange will conduct the live webinars. Each session will run for approximately 1 hour and end with a Q&A.

Pro FFA:
Daily recipients range between 2900 – 5200 daily. Once you are upgraded, you can send your ads to the database once daily. Xtream subscribers receive upgrades at all Network FFA sites. Non subscribers can upgrade at each venue to become Pro. Price per venue is usually $10 monthly. Venues in our Network include:
ClassifiedEzineFFA, First Learn How FFA, Prosperity Shoppe FFA, Supreme Business FFA, Wise City FFA, Work Digital FFA, Xtream FFA.

Xtream Professionals Update:
Professional Team Standards
Thank you to the Xtream Professional Team for their outstanding contributions to Xtream Global in the past. As Xtream moves forward and prepares to launch the new Xtream Global Online Marketing System and Affiliate program, we are reminding everyone currently on our Professional Team as to the criteria each team member must meet to be on the team:

Be a member of Xtream Global Marketing
Be an active online marketer
Demonstrate success in an online marketing area
Demonstrate leadership
Contribute to the overall team
Be able to work as a team member with the entire team

Contributions include adding online resources to the overall network; planning, developing, and leading webinar sessions; assisting in webinar sessions; and assisting with the corporate advertising. As all of you know, the key to our success involves team work. It is not just one or two people who drives Xtream and moves the business forward – it is the entire team working together to achieve a common goal that ensures us success. Those who do not have resources to contribute to Xtream are still important to the team when they participate in other activities - such as leading or assisting in live sessions, developing training materials, or helping promote Xtream.

We have made a change in our Team Meetings and will no longer have a Professional Team Meeting on Mondays. We will have a meeting twice a month for those actively involved in marketing xtream: presenting at Win, posting ads, seeking out new resources for us, etc. At this point we are looking at moving that meeting to a weekend afternoon (most likely on Sunday). We will then have a meeting for ALL members twice a month for all members, including the Professional Team. First scheduled meeting is Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 3pm eastern. Specialty teams – such as the Training Team – will meet on their own schedules as needed.
