Countdown to the Xtream Business Systems launch: 2 days

WOWZA!!
That is the only word I can say following the set up meeting I just had with Rich Parker. Everyone will be absolutely blown away by the scope of our new Xtream Business System – which is in fact an Online Marketing Super Store. Besides having links to all our existing programs, besides housing all our digital products, besides housing the desktop goodies, it will ALSO provide:

• 
  An onboard TrEx traffic exchange plugged into the VS-Ten system
  An onboard banner and text advertising system
  Emailer (for now)
  Network capabilities
  Other bells and whistles… more to follow.

While it will not be included immediately in our launch, Rich is building an in-house mailer/messaging module so Affiliate Business Builders can communicate with their teams. It will not use external email, so we will not have to wrestle with the email situation as we grow. Instead, Business Builders can contact their downlines through the back office. Members log into Xtream to view their messages, etc.

Members join Xtream, whether as a free member or Affiliate, and can then use their back office as their online marketing hub to get to venues in our Network, post ads, even surf if they want. And, if we don’t list their favorite site or program… we can add them in as we grow.

Fyi – our Membership site is in fact built along the same lines and principles as the TrEx script. I am finding it so Admin and user friendly that I only wish I had known about TrEx when I first started up my original traffic exchanges. Good news is: Xtream is to be the pilot site for Rich’s upcoming Varisearch Members Only script. In the future we hope to see many other Super Stores coming online across the Internet! In time, Pilot Site status will change to Flagship. Xtream members are on the ground floor.

Varisearch TrEx and VS-Ten:
Tips for traffic exchange owners – VS-10 is a credit based traffic swap system. When you send traffic out to the Network and a page from your traffic exchange is seen on another traffic exchange, that costs you a credit. When you bring in a page from another traffic exchange and show it to your members, you earn a partial credit. The key to success is to ultimately bring in more traffic and pageviews into your traffic exchange then you send out. Your Outgoing link is the mechanizim which brings pageviews into your exchange. Add that link multiple times to increase the number of pageviews you receive to the Phantom Accounts you set up on your site. As your traffic exchange grows in membership and websites, add Phantom Accounts and more Outgoing links to keep your credit balance in the Black.

03-22-09 Xtream Global Business Meeting Highlights:
The Products:
Xtream Global has set in place a large Internet Advertising Network, provides subscribers upgrades at online marketing venues worth over $200, provides desktop tools worth over $200, has compiled Digital Products valued at over $30,000, and provides live training and support in live webinars.

Free Membership:
Beginning 4-5-09 Xtream will open the doors to free members. Free members receive a one-time commission of 25% for each Xtream subscription they sell. They do not build their own downline or business within Xtream and are not entered into the Matrix for residual earnings. Free members do not have access to desktop tools, or digital libraries. Free members have access to all the marketing venues which have free memberships – about 80% of the resources in the Xtream Network. They do not receive upgrades.

Affiliate Membership:
Affiliate Subscribers receive recurring 25% commissions on all sales and subscriptions, plus fast start bonuses. April - May the fast start bonus will be $25 per Affiliate sign up on the first month or $50 per sale. Affiliates then earn 25% commissions on 1st tier, plus smaller commissions on thiers two through five. Affiliates have full access to all products and receive the upgrades at the Marketing Venues which provide those to our subscribers.

Affiliate Matrix:
Xtream Global is a product-driven company. Because we sell products, paypal will allow a multi-level matrix. The matrix will have unlimited width, and go x levels deep. This means you can always promote your own business, as well as build your sales team. With in the overall matrix, there will be blocks of 5x5. Across the top on your level one, each 5 sign ups represent one 5x5 matrix. The 6th represents the start of another matrix. Each block goes 5 levels deep. We have bonuses and rewards associated with each filled block. Each filled block represents aroung $8200 monthly in residual earnings.

$9.95 Team Build continues:
We continue $9.95 pre-launch through 4-4-09 so Founding Members and Network Partners can continue to build their Affiliate membership base. 4-5-09 we throw the switch to the new Affiliate structure and commissions plan.

The Win Network:
Win presenations are scheduled for the week. We will continue to use the Xtream Marketing slides pending a new slide show. In the meantime, it is highly recommended you advise attendees of the upcoming changes based off what you learned at the Sunday meeting.

Varisearch-llc Systems and Live Webinar and Support:
Live webinar training and support for the Varisearch Systems that include TrEx and VS-Ten continue next weekend 12noon and 4pm eastern in the Varisearch My-Traffic-Plan conference rooms. Saturday webinars are geared towards the members and surfers, while Sunday sessions are for traffic exchange owners and admins plugged into the TrEx and VS-10 systems.

TrEx (which means Traffic Exchage) is the traffic exchange script developed by Rich Parker. Rich covers a wide range of topics including script overview and features as well as providing detailed explanations and in-depth training on how to set up your exchange, create and manage webpages, memberships, offers, and other key elements related to your TrEx traffic exchange. If you are in the market for a good, solid, proven traffic exchange script, you are welcome to attend sessions to become familiar with the features. If you are looking to replace your existing business with another script, Rich has conversion scripts to be able to do that with minium disruption to your existing business.

VS-Ten (aka VS-10) is the traffic swap system that supports virtually every traffic exchange script on the market today. It is a Traffic Exchange Network which typically sends on average 150,000 pageviews across VS-Ten daily. Member pages from one exchange are shown at other exchanges and vice versa. VS-10 supports virtually every major traffic exchange script on the market today. If you have a script not currently supported, Rich will right an interface to accommodate you.

Over the years, non-exchange owners have found VS-Ten and joined the program thinking it was a kind of traffic exchange. To accommodate member/surfers, Rich is creating a traffic exchange downline builder and surf reminder system for traffic exchange users into the existing VS-Ten venue. He anticipates rollout of that feature sometime in April 2009.
