Enter in 3 duplicates, hits are divided by 3 and so on.

The traffic exchange is but a tiny (yet powerful) aspect of Xtream Members. It is a fantastic tool for getting hits and traffic to your websites and eye-balls to see your ads. Think of Xtream as a traffic exchange on steroids. The steroids being the digital products library, the links to a wealth of internet advertising specialties and online marketing resources, the set-and-forget resources, the live webinar training, the … Well the list goes on.
The Skeleton 2.0 script we use is based off of a Varisearch core product called the TrEx – or traffic exchange script. Originally we were not going to have the traffic exchange feature. However, as we were keeping the text and banner advertising features, it made sense to keep the link exchange feature as well.
Rich Parker, (the Varisearch script writer innovator inventor guru guy) has called Xtream an Online Marketing Super Store. The term has rather stuck. I like to think of Xtream as your Internet Advertising Hub. What ever it is you need, or are looking for, when it comes to advertising and marketing your business, affiliate sites, products, goods, and services on the Internet – I want people to say ‘See Xtream.’ If we don’t have it, google it. Or, let us know so we can add it in. Lol.
When you are trying to build a real downline filled with real people you can really communicate with… I want people to say, ‘Hello, see Xtream.’ When you are trying to build a real business where real people can also earn real money and real residual income…well, you know the response.
The really fun thing is that everything you see at Xtream is eventually be a product at Varisearch and one you can sell! TrEx has been the prime product for a couple years. Rich is rolling out a rich array of products and modules within the Skeleton 2.0 script that plug into one another.

Welcome to all our new members! We are rolling along quite nicely in the launch of our new Xtream Membership site and Digital Products Library. We have had a couple of minor hiccups, which seem to be resolved.

Download the xtream iChannel. The iChannel is a direct-to-desktop publishing solution that allows you to get news on your computer. It is not a mailing list. Simply download the free software and add xtream to your ichannels. When Xtream publishes news and member updates, you will get them delivered to your computer when you are online. It is an easy and unobtrusive way to stay current with Xtream. Go to xtream iChannel to get the software.

Xtream Subscribers are set up for ‘Set and Forget’ advertising. Set your ads up onboard, download your auto tools, walk away. Subscribers also get upgrades or extra perks at many off-board venues, plus access to the majority of the digital product downloads.

Xtream is plugged into the VS-Ten traffic exchange swap network. This means YOUR ads are seen at hundreds of other traffic exchanges beyond the onboard traffic exchange specific to Xtream Members. We also have the onboard traffic exchange for your sites. Again, your sites are shown off site.
For webmasters and bloggers, we also have codes for exchanges – banners and text ads. This means you place our java script on your website or blog that you control. It picks up banners and text ads from our system. You get credits for displaying those ads on YOUR website or blog.
The onboard advertising system is driven by credits. Free members can surf and promote to earn credits to run your ads. You can also purchase advertising as well in our Credit Shop. Affiliate members receive an ample supply of credits to fuel their advertising every month as long as their subscription is maintained.

We are working on adding digital products for individual sale. Individual items will be linked to commissions. We anticipate adding individual digital products for sale in May.

Tuesday Live Webinar Summary:
We had a good size group in for our Tuesday 9pm training which was an Introduction into some of the advertising features found on site. Features include:
Traffic exchange for sites
Text Ads for onsite and exchange
Banner and Mini Banner ads for onsite and exchange

We toured the Traffic exchange, text, and banner ads features and looked at your Promotional Materials. Some materials are straight forward, site referral links, splash pages, banners, and mini-banners. Simply copy the working link and place on all types of advertising venues.
For webmasters and bloggers, we also have codes for exchanges – banners and text ads. This means you place our java script on your website or blog that you control. It picks up banners and text ads from our system. You get credits for displaying those ads on YOUR website or blog. As our onboard advertising system is driven by credits, it is an easy way to generate credits to fuel your own advertising on our site. Remember, Xtream is linked via VS-Ten to hundreds of exchanges plus Xtream does it’s own marketing at many other sites and venues outside our own network. Lot’s of exposure going on that will burn your credits up in a hurry. Lol.

The Digital products access is governed by membership level. Free members have limited or no access to products, while the Pro Subscriber has full access. We will be adding items for purchase. This means free members make a commission when someone they directly refers makes a purchase, while Pro Affiliates make commissions 5 levels deep.

On Thursday we will continue and look at other features like posting ads to outside adboards, finding email resources, more traffic, Building Blocks, WIN, and etc. Again, it is not an in-depth training. It is an introduction and overview of your many resources.
Note: I will not do a lot of in-depth training on the traffic exchange portion of our service, TrEx, or VS-10 as Rich and Andy Wooten present that material on Saturdays and Sundays 12noon and 4pm eastern. They will not meet this weekend, but will the next. I highly recommend you attend those sessions.

If we keep growing at this rate, we'll be on the new server by Summer!
The member-surf-minder thing is gaining some acceptance, but the downline builder is definitely getting good responses! I'll be tweaking it later this week to add color and style controls for the page-builder... so the pages can be more unique.

We have a prototype in testing at vs-ten.varisearch.com, and should have it polished and module-ready this month.

This pilot should be starting in about a week.
So what? Well, these are new things you can SELL. These are going to be available as both a stand-alone product, and as a module-upgrade for VS-TrEx sites. The same commission lines still hold, so it's money in your pocket.
We're going to change the pricing scheme slightly, as I learn more about real-world marketing. One problem we've been having is that VS-TrEx (the traffic exchange) is our sole product. We're going to break this into some pieces, so that VS-TrEx stands as the 'middle priced' product, which makes selling it easier… more on this next issue…

Okay, I don't have a horse, so I'm not Paul Revere, but still,wanting to update VS-TrEx affiliates about what's happening.
Item 1: 2.0 is finalized, and upgrades will start on Wednesday evening. I'm still tweaking a conversion script, but with a little luck, all validated TrEx sites will be on 2.0 within about 2 weeks (only so many hours in the day).
Item 2: This is a biggie. We've finally got the module layout figured out, and our first 3 modules are in pilot sites now!
epLibrary: electronic product library system
The first pilot to go live is Xtream Global Marketing Resource directory. The module is called epLibrary, and it provides a powerful tool for distributing downloads to members. Members at different levels have access to different files... all can see the files, but some files may require an upgrade, or even a direct purchase. It includes a member-voting and house-ranking system, and is searchable and groupable.
First things first: I would suggest you go to the pilot site, which has a HUGE digital library (over 1500 files, growing by many more each week).

We had a great meeting Sunday. Rich Parker took us on a quick introduction tour of our new home at the Xtream Members back office. We will have detailed training for the next two weeks on all the systems so everyone can get full benefit from all the features, bells, and whistles. Some highlights:

While not in place yet, we have an onboard, in-house messaging system coming online in a few weeks. This will allow upgraded members to communicate with their downlines and teams on a regular basis. The idea is to put in your hands as many resources possible for you to build your Network Marketing Businesses and build your list. This tool will be totally in-house and will not involve external email, thus avoiding all the issues associated with that type of communications. (Such as spam, spam complaints, non delivery of email, blocked email, and etc.) Members will log into their back offices to pick up and read their messages. While every member will receive messages, only Admin and the Upgraded Affiliates will be able to send messages.
All existing referral and system-generated Splash pages have been redirected to the new system. This means you will not have to worry about changing or pulling down your old system-generated links. As mentioned previously, we will have in depth training on all the systems over the course of the next two weeks – the exception being the Easter Weekend. The Sunday after Easter, we will have a 3pm training which will primarily concentrate on how to use Xtream as your downline builder.
Note on Membership Levels: we have a Free Members and the Pro Member Upgrade which you purchase. All other upgrades are earned by filling your Matrix with subscribers. The levels apply to the traffic exchange as well. One cannot purchase a Silver Membership or surf for the upgrade for example. Upgrades past Pro Affiliate can only be earned by referring subscribers into your Matrix.

The idea is to put in your hands as many resources possible for you to build your Network Marketing Businesses and build your list. This tool will be totally in-house and will not involve external email, thus avoiding all the issues associated with that type of communications. (Such as spam, spam complaints, non delivery of email, blocked email, and etc.) Members will log into their back offices to pick up and read their messages. While every member will receive messages, only Admin and the Upgraded Affiliates will be able to send messages.
All existing referral and system-generated Splash pages have been redirected to the new system. This means you will not have to worry about changing or pulling down your old system-generated links. As mentioned previously, we will have in depth training on all the systems over the course of the next two weeks – the exception being the Easter Weekend. The Sunday after Easter, we will have a 3pm training which will primarily concentrate on how to use Xtream as your downline builder.
Note on Membership Levels: we have a Free Members and the Pro Member Upgrade which you purchase. All other upgrades are earned by filling your Matrix with subscribers. The levels apply to the traffic exchange as well. One cannot purchase a Silver Membership or surf for the upgrade for example. We had a great meeting today and Rich Parker took us on a quick introduction tour of our new home and Xtream Members back office. We will have detailed training for the next two weeks on all the systems so everyone can get full benefit from all the features, bells, and whistles. Some highlights:

Countdown to the Xtream Business Systems launch: 2 days
WOWZA!!
That is the only word I can say following the set up meeting I just had with Rich Parker. Everyone will be absolutely blown away by the scope of our new Xtream Business System – which is in fact an Online Marketing Super Store. Besides having links to all our existing programs, besides housing all our digital products, besides housing the desktop goodies, it will ALSO provide:
While it will not be included immediately in our launch, Rich is building an in-house mailer/messaging module so Affiliate Business Builders can communicate with their teams. It will not use external email, so we will not have to wrestle with the email situation as we grow. Instead, Business Builders can contact their downlines through the back office. Members log into Xtream to view their messages, etc.
Members join Xtream, whether as a free member or Affiliate, and can then use their back office as their online marketing hub to get to venues in our Network, post ads, even surf if they want. And, if we don’t list their favorite site or program… we can add them in as we grow.
Fyi – our Membership site is in fact built along the same lines and principles as the TrEx script. I am finding it so Admin and user friendly that I only wish I had known about TrEx when I first started up my original traffic exchanges. Good news is: Xtream is to be the pilot site for Rich’s upcoming Varisearch Members Only script. In the future we hope to see many other Super Stores coming online across the Internet! In time, Pilot Site status will change to Flagship. Xtream members are on the ground floor.

The key to success is to ultimately bring in more traffic and pageviews into your traffic exchange then you send out. Your Outgoing link is the mechanizim which brings pageviews into your exchange. Add that link multiple times to increase the number of pageviews you receive to the Phantom Accounts you set up on your site. As your traffic exchange grows in membership and websites, add Phantom Accounts and more Outgoing links to keep your credit balance in the Black.

All of you will love the extra bells and whistles going in place. Xtream will be a complete, turn key online advertising portal and will become the place you and your downline will want to log into everyday to access a wealth of online marketing resources and venues. We hope to have databases moved and everything in place for you to log in by Sunday, April 5, 2009.

New Xtream Members Online Business System Back Office rolls out this coming week!
Rich Parker of Varisearch is putting the final touches on the back end software which will support our upcoming Xtream Global Members Site and Digital Products Library. It will completely replace the two scripts currently in place. Besides managing the upcoming Affiliate Matrix, it will also handle the free members, manage a fully searchable Products Library database, and have portals for company news, gateways to other venues (like VS-Ten for example), and will support banner and text advertising features! A future portal will be an in-house email/messaging system so business builders can communicate with their downline as well as share other information to one another.
All Systems are a Go:
It appears that most of our services are back online and have been restored. Lonnie has been chasing around a self-replicationg bug the past few days that was attacking our scripts and webpages. It appears he found and removed the culprit and repaired the majority of our websites. Clean up continues, but for the most part it is All System Go.

TrEx traffic exchange and VS-Ten (aka VS-10) is a traffic exchange swap network that services both traffic exchange owners and surfer members alike.
VS-Ten for Members: This past week Varisearch rolled out the Traffic Reminder system. Surfer Members of VS-Ten will find a list of all the traffic exchanges in the network. You can join an exchange from VS-10. You can also then tell the system which exchanges you belong to. When you log into each exchange and surf, it will record that for you. Each time you go to your VS-10 back office, you can see what exchanges you surfed and the last surf date. Up next, Rich is rolling out the downline building.
VS-Ten for Traffic Exchange Owners: VS-Ten is a credit-based swap system. You receive credits for bringing pageviews into your exchange for your members to view, you are charged credits for the pages sent to the network that are shown on other sites. The mechanizim that brings pages into your exchange is called the OutBound link. You will find this important link in your VS-Ten back office under Owners, My Traffic Exchanges. Typically you, the owner or Admin, will set up an account called VS-Ten and then add your site’s OutBound link to your exchange and assign credits to it so it can then go into rotation on your exchange. As members surf, the link enters the surfbar and displays a page from the VS-10 Network. You receive credit for that view. To increase the number of outgoing pageviews – and thus your credits with VS-Ten – simply increase the number of OutBound links you add to your exchange. Some Admins will also set up additional VS-Ten accounts on their site – each with a number of the outbound link - to increase the number of pageviews they show to the members of their exchange.

The new powerpoint slide show is in place and Doug presented it in Sunday’s session. At the end of the presentation you can advise members that they can still subscribe to Xtream for the $9.95 pre-launch special through 4-4-09. This is just a reminder to those who have not joined Team OrangeMoon as yet, there is new incentive to do so. Judy Young has started a Basics Marketing Series and the first topic she addresses is setting up email accounts for marketing. Your email is probably the LAST thing you think about when you start your online marketing business – yet it should be the FIRST thing you think about! Most of us make a critical mistake when first starting out by trying to use our personal email accounts or even our own domain email to join online advertising venues or business opportunities which will possibly involve thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of members. Huge issues arise from using personal email accounts, business accounts with those so-called spam assassins, etc. I highly encourage you to attend our Tuesday and Thursday live webinar sessions – if nothing else so you can guide those who join under you to them as well!

Hats off to our faithful surfers...They sent over 220,000 site views to members pages this week! Make sure that you are getting your share of all that traffic by keeping your account active and credits assigned to your sites.
All websites that meet terms have been approved. If you happen to have a site that autostarts audio or video those have not been approved as they take too long to load and interfer with the surf timer. (those are on review until either the member corrects or I delete). Have you tried using our AutoAssign function? Really you should give it a spin. Just go to site maintainence and mark your account to Auto Assign. This will keep your sites in active rotation and anytime you want to stop showing one of your sites all you need to do is put it on pause. Every time you login your credits will be distributed to all active sites. Also credits that are on auto assign are distributed at midnight when the daily stats run.
You can even limit the number of times your site shown each day by editing the link and setting the number of daily views. At Evergreen Traffic we strive to offer features that do the hard part so you can just login and surf, confident that your sites will be shown.

Xtream Global has set in place a large Internet Advertising Network, provides subscribers upgrades at online marketing venues worth over $200, provides desktop tools worth over $200, has compiled Digital Products valued at over $30,000, and provides live training and support in live webinars.
Free Membership:
Beginning 4-5-09 Xtream will open the doors to free members. Free members receive a one-time commission of 25% for each Xtream subscription they sell. They do not build their own downline or business within Xtream and are not entered into the Matrix for residual earnings. Free members do not have access to desktop tools, or digital libraries. Sunday 12noon and 4pm sessions are for traffic exchange owners and admins plugged into the TrEx and VS-10 systems. TrEx is the traffic exchange script developed by Rich Parker. Rich covers a wide range of topics including script overview and features as well as providing detailed explanations and in-depth training on how to set up your exchange, create and manage webpages, memberships, offers, and other key elements related to your TrEx traffic exchange.
VS-10 is the traffic swap system. The VS-10 live webinar series discusses the interface system, and how to manage and set up the interface between your traffic exchange and VS-10, plus a provides other useful training. Both sessions also serve as live customer and member support for both Exchange Owners and Exchange Members (surfers.)
Over 150,000 pageviews go across the TrEx and VS-10 systems daily. VS-10 supports virtually every major traffic exchange script on the market today. If you have a script not currently supported, Rich will right an interface to accommodate you. Also, Rich has developed conversion scripts which will convert your existing script to a TrEx script. The overall Varisearch System is undergoing some major revisions which include the addition of a traffic exchange downline builder and surf reminder system for traffic exchange users.

Xtream Update: Five years in the making! Xtream Global Marketing has been building it’s infra-structure and is now ready for launch. We will unveil the Xtream Global Affiliate Business Plan and Products on Sunday, March 22 at 3pm eastern USA DST in our Resource Center for our Founding Members and Network Partners. The new plan will include a Free Membership option where the free members can sell the Xtream Products and earn a one-time fee. Upgraded members (Affiliates) will earn commissions on initial sales, receive fast start bonuses, and receive residual income from the recurring subscriptions. Everyone who has subscribed to Xtream during our prelaunch will be automatically enrolled into the Affiliate program! Your subscription cost will not change.

WIN has finalized their Live Leads System where members can promote their own programs to WIN Members as well as the general public. Free members can purchase clicks for Live Leads at very affordable prices. Upgraded members receive clicks monthly which they can then assign to their Live Lead portal. The Live Lead first captures the viewers Name, email and phone before sending them onto your website or live recording. If you do not want to obtain a person’s phone number, there is a special link for that as well. Xtream is using WIN to successfully promote our program to their many members, and highly recommend this venue to others.
TopTierTraffic Manual Traffic Exchange:
Toptiertraffic is now over 15,000 members and serving up hundreds of thousands of hits daily. Xtream continues to provide link spots at toptiertraffic on their account for those who subscribe to Xtream Global. We add minimum 250 credits per day, 500 for those in the top 250 at top tier to each link. Once you subscribe to Xtream, send Roger the site you want added to xtreamanagement@gmail.com. The site must conform to top tier traffic policies.

It was brought to my attention that people were having error messages when trying to join camelot traffic. When joining the script will ask you for a website name. The name has to be one word. for example if it were perrys blog you would have to write it as perrysblog. that is the only way the script will accept it. Hopefully this helps. It is not unusual to send thousands of hits across the network everyday. We served close to 7,000 page views across the Network for our members at Workdigital traffic. We had similar results from our other venues including Auto Traffic Magic, Cashflowpc traffic, Majestic Surf, Storybook Surf, and Xtreamsurf. Wild Rose Marketing has many exchanges plugged into the system as well. It is crucial to note that only websites which are ACTIVE are shown to the network. This means you must be an active member AND have credits assigned to your sites. If you have not logged into your account at a traffic exchange or surfed in 30 days, your account goes inactive and your sites are deactivated as well. Now is a great time to reactivate your account and websites! Do this by surfing.

Xtream Meetings: Very Important Notice! Mark your calendar for an All Members Meeting Sunday, March 22 in our Resource Center. We will roll out the new Xtream Global Marketing System and Affiliate Program and introduce the compensation package to all members. Heads up: prices change 3-22-09. You have less than 2 weeks to bring members in under the $9.95 monthly plan.
Training and live webinars:
Resource Center: Tuesday 3pm/9pm. We had to postpone the kick off of the Basic Marketing series that was to have begun tonight at 9pm. Perry and Geneva will lead session.

Professional Team Standards
Thank you to the Xtream Professional Team for their outstanding contributions to Xtream Global in the past. As Xtream moves forward and prepares to launch the new Xtream Global Online Marketing System and Affiliate program, we are reminding everyone currently on our Professional Team as to the criteria each team member must meet to be on the team:
Be a member of Xtream Global Marketing
Be an active online marketer
Demonstrate success in an online marketing area
Demonstrate leadership
Contribute to the overall team
Be able to work as a team member with the entire team
Contributions include adding online resources to the overall network; planning, developing, and leading webinar sessions; assisting in webinar sessions; and assisting with the corporate advertising. As all of you know, the key to our success involves team work. It is not just one or two people who drives Xtream and moves the business forward – it is the entire team working together to achieve a common goal that ensures us success. Those who do not have resources to contribute to Xtream are still important to the team when they participate in other activities - such as leading or assisting in live sessions, developing training materials, or helping promote Xtream.
We have made a change in our Team Meetings and will no longer have a Professional Team Meeting on Mondays. We will have a meeting twice a month for those actively involved in marketing xtream: presenting at Win, posting ads, seeking out new resources for us, etc. At this point we are looking at moving that meeting to a weekend afternoon (most likely on Sunday). We will then have a meeting for ALL members twice a month for all members, including the Professional Team. First scheduled meeting is Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 3pm eastern. Specialty teams – such as the Training Team – will meet on their own schedules as needed.
