This program has some similiarities with All-Teamed-Up. It is a list builder and all the upgraded members are placed into new programs before they are launched. They build a downline ahead of joining another program. They are low cost to join. And they too are a company forced matrix.

Please remember to surf at the traffic exchanges. Many of the Xtream exchanges have free upgrades for members who surf a specified amount of sites. These upgrades would be BEYOND what you receive as a subscriber. So, it still benefits you to surf the exchanges. Surfing is still the lifeblood of any exchange.
