Once established that will be 6 venues in which to email your ads to the databases daily. We have been experiencing some odd server issues that affect the traffic exchanges at times. The issues tend to happen in the late night/early morning hours USA times, so if you are trying to surf overnight only to see that your surf was interrupted, it is not you – it is the Server itself. Judy Young is working diligently behind the scenes to isolate the issue.

If he can’t fix them, he figures out a way PAST and around my boo-boos*. I need a nifty graphic – hello Lonnie. SEO Notes:
We meet again in session Thursday at 9pm eastern in the RC. Last session we discussed many, many things. One topic was how as keyword niches grow, so do the Advertisers! What one ultimately wants to see is a keyword niche where there are lots of advertisers. This means that services are providing those keywords for SALE and that people are PAYING for those keywords. A great example of this is the keyword niche internet advertising specialties. A year ago very few people where in fact paying for that niche – now lots. An emerging keyword niche is e-stuff. 1 paid advertiser (sponsor.) That will change in time.
What YOU, as a blogger or webmaster want to do is look at what your site is all about, what keywords you are targeting, what the competition is doing, and then who is buying what. This becomes important as you monetize your website or blog – meaning you can sell link spots, advertising, etc on your website.

Everyone will get the login link to the new Affiliate program this week. What we have done is split up functions for the time being. The Library (and links to the majority of our resources) will stay in the existing software. Your affiliate program, with your new affiliate links, will be handled out of a separate venue. For those who subscribe to Xtream in the future, we will MANUALLY add them to the Library. This means all members will have two places to log into: to check on your affiliate stats, etc – the new affiliate program, to get your stuff (ie downloads) – the program all of you are currently enrolled in.

On a not so fun personal note… some days you can’t win for losing. Lol. I have been trying to surf at toptietraffic in an effort to keep up with the hits our websites receive. Well, ended up getting rate limited by my satellite service the entire Sunday. I had to cancel my WIN presentation, and really had to take the day off the internet. I suppose that is not a BAD thing, but unexpected and annoying. Good news, dsl is finally making it’s way into our area. Hopefully we can say hello to dsl and goodbye to satellite soon. In the meantime, losing the battle in keeping credits on the Xtream account at ttt, sigh.

We had a good session following our holiday break. We discussed the difference between the Organic (free) and Sponsor (paid) search engines results and how niches in key words grow as people, and advertisers, zone in on key words. We looked at some of our websites to see what kind of progress – if any – we made over the past month in the engines. We discovered we made more progress than not for the most part.

Lots of changes going on at the Wealth Information Network including the number of times an attendee will get that Golden Dollar link. If you have not been at a WIN webinar in awhile, I highly recommend you try to attend a Wealth 101 meeting or other WIN specific member webinar. We are in the process of moving everyone into a new Affiliate script. When that is finished, you will have a separate place to log into for the Affiliate program, and a new affiliate link you will need to promote.
The Library will continue to be housed at the existing site for now. You will log into the Library as you do now. As the Affiliate program goes live, you will log into that on a separate link.

Xtream has taken a position in the The Network Garage aka TNG program, which is a network for marketers with a matrix and provides upgrades a some online marketing venues. It is free to join. They are running a special for those who choose to upgrade.
Behind the Scenes:
It takes a lot of time, patience, perseverance, dedication, sweat, blood and sometimes tears behind the scenes to keep Xtream running on all cylinders. Sometimes stuff happens you don’t even expect or even planned on. Recently, a few of our sites hosted with Judy Young at Jdana Hosting went down. This had NOTHING to do with her. HER hosting provider did some tweaks to the servers which knocked all her customers’ offline for about a day. No notice of course from the server providers. Boom, we were down. Perry Shute had similar issues with HIS server: in his case they were cleaning and moving servers about and ‘accidently’ deleted his server! Then, we were moving ffa sites to new servers and lost the databases. Gee wilkers.
Derek Barrington has been diligently gathering up new digital items for our library, like over 600 titles. We ran into unexpected script issues, so halted loading items into our Library. We ran into problems trying to manage the affiliate aspects of our Membership site which meant we needed a new script. Lonnie Basinger has been working non-stop to get a new affiliate script in place which we had hoped would also accommodate the library. Well, issues ensued with the Digital Library aspect, so we went to Plan B – a not completely satisfactory solution which involves having two separate scripts. I went in and managed to destroy a part of the new script, so now we are behind in rolling out Plan B.
While all that has been going on, we have been getting our presentations rolling at WIN, managing all our advertising venues, marketing, joining some new ventures, marketing some more, networking, restarting training after a holiday, dealing with customer and member support, marketing, and dealing with all those things one normally expects to deal with when running multiple venues. And, did I mention marketing yet? Lol. It takes many people working behind the scenes to make Xtream function. Thank you everyone!

HER hosting provider did some tweaks to the servers which knocked all her customers’ offline for about a day. No notice of course from the server providers. Boom, we were down. Perry Shute had similar issues with HIS server: in his case they were cleaning and moving servers about and ‘accidently’ deleted his server! Then, we were moving ffa sites to new servers and lost the databases. Gee wilkers.
Derek Barrington has been diligently gathering up new digital items for our library, like over 600 titles. We ran into unexpected script issues, so halted loading items into our Library. We ran into problems trying to manage the affiliate aspects of our Membership site which meant we needed a new script. Lonnie Basinger has been working non-stop to get a new affiliate script in place which we had hoped would also accommodate the library. Well, issues ensued with the Digital Library aspect, so we went to Plan B – a not completely satisfactory solution which involves having two separate scripts. I went in and managed to destroy a part of the new script, so now we are behind in rolling out Plan B.
While all that has been going on, we have been getting our presentations rolling at WIN, managing all our advertising venues, marketing, joining some new ventures, marketing some more, networking, restarting training after a holiday, dealing with customer and member support, marketing, and dealing with all those things one normally expects to deal with when running multiple venues. And, did I mention marketing yet? Lol. It takes many people working behind the scenes to make Xtream function. Thank you everyone!
