It was brought to my attention that people were having error messages when trying to join camelot traffic. When joining the script will ask you for a website name. The name has to be one word. for example if it were perrys blog you would have to write it as perrysblog. that is the only way the script will accept it. Hopefully this helps. As Xtream moves forward and prepares to launch the new Xtream Global Online Marketing System and Affiliate program, we are reminding everyone currently on our Professional Team as to the criteria each team member must meet to be on the team:

Demonstrate leadership
Contribute to the overall team
Be able to work as a team member with the entire team
Contributions include adding online resources to the overall network; planning, developing, and leading webinar sessions; assisting in webinar sessions; and assisting with the corporate advertising. As all of you know, the key to our success involves team work. It is not just one or two people who drives Xtream and moves the business forward – it is the entire team working together to achieve a common goal that ensures us success. Those who do not have resources to contribute to Xtream are still important to the team when they participate in other activities - such as leading or assisting in live sessions, developing training materials, or helping promote Xtream.
We have made a change in our Team Meetings and will no longer have a Professional Team Meeting on Mondays. We will have a meeting twice a month for those actively involved in marketing xtream: presenting at Win, posting ads, seeking out new resources for us, etc. At this point we are looking at moving that meeting to a weekend afternoon (most likely on Sunday). We will then have a meeting for ALL members twice a month for all members, including the Professional Team. First scheduled meeting is Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 3pm eastern. Smileytraffic exchange is well on the way to their goal of 60,000 members by December 31, 2009. Vern will be holding bi-monthly meetings for the members starting in March in his Smileytraffic Live Webinar Conference Room. I really love this venue for many reasons – one is that members actually have a chance for getting their sites seen by the entire population and the auto surf sends significant hits to member websites.

Systems include the well known and well established traffic exchange system known as trex where member sites at one exhange in the system are shown at participating traffic exchanges. The system is unique in that it includes scripts outside the Vs script. Amcs, Lj, Pt, Walker, and other traffic exchange scripts are able to plug into the Vstrx system. They recently upgraded the entire system, which is part of the focus of the newly established live support and webinar series hosted by Xtream Global.
Ok, so why are we nicknamed the Not So Daily News? Well, try as I might, news and updates do not happen daily. They happen more than monthly, so we are not monthly news. They tend to happen more than twice a month, so not bi monthly news. Can’t claim to be weekly either. Sometimes the news is published several days in a row…then breaks happen. The original vision was a daily publication – but then life gets in the way and dictates otherwise. Lol. So, we are now – proudly – the Not So Daily News.

03-04-09 Xtream Global Marketing Important Announcement

Changes in Progress:
As Xtream moves forward into 2009 a number of changes are in the works.
1. Meetings: We are changing and rearranging meetings. We found that we were trying to do too many things in the one-hour Professionals’ Meeting on Mondays. So, we are breaking that meeting up into two separate meetings.
2. All Members’ Meeting. This one which will involve all our members and will cover resources, various outside venues, network partner venues, and etc. We will have open discussions as well as Guest Speakers. The All Members meeting is open to all members and subscribers of Xtream and will be held on a week end day.
3. Business Meeting. This meeting will address marketing the overall company specifically, and will be soley for those people who are marketing Xtream and helping us move forward with the overall Xtream business.
These will be bi-monthly meetings, occuring on opposite weeks. Exact times are still being determined and will be announced on the Schedule.
4. Communications: We will communicate business and company information through the xtream ichannel, which will also be published at our blog http://xtreammembers.com/news.html For the most part the only email you will receive from us will be periodic reminders that News has been published. The All Members Meetings will include announcements along with Guest Speakers from within the Xtream Network.
5. Not So Daily News: It is being re arranged into distinct, recurring sections that will include Training, Resources, Marketing, Getting Started and Using Xtream Resources, as well as in-general information and re-occuring colums like Andy’s Advice. It is intended to keep all our members informed and up-to-date on Xtream and our Network Partners as well as pass on online marketing tips, strategies, and productive resources and recommended programs.
6. Networking: Xtream continues to seek out Network Partners with similar goals and service models. We are excited to have recently partnered with Rich Parker of Varisearch and Andy Wooten of My-Traffic-Plan. Other partners include Judy Young of Jdana/Evergreen Marketing, Elizabeth Rooney of Wild Rose Marketing, and Vern Chumbly of Smileytraffic.
7. 9. Affiliate Program and Business Opportunity: Based on feedback from a number of sources, we have come to the conclusion that:
A. Our price is too cheap and
B. In order to entice people to promote xtream we must have an affiliate compensation plan that appeals to the masses.
To this end we are working on tweaking our Business System to include a Binary, and then various Subscriber Options. We will run a Free Membership designed to introduce people to our resources that have free memberships or free options. We will then have various subscription prices that will also include a one-time set up fee. We are also looking at incorporating other business models as well into our compensation plan.
We look forward to moving the overall business into profitability this year and positioning Xtream into being a major supplier of internet advertising for online marketers.
